What types of mortgages are offered?
We offer both traditional fixed rate and adjustable rate mortgages for conventional loans. 
What types of properties are eligible?
Single-family homes, multi-family homes (2-4 units), townhouses, condos, and planned unit development (PUD).
Do you offer loans for investment properties?
Yes, we offer loans for investment properties.
Do you offer HELOCs or 2nd mortgages?
No, we do not offer home equity lines of credit (HELOCs) or 2nd mortgages.
Do you offer loans for purchasing foreclosures or short sales?
No, we do not offer loans for properties that are currently bank owned, in foreclosure, or for short sale.
Do you refinance properties held in a trust?
Yes, we can refinance properties held in a trust.
Do you refinance properties held in LLCs?
No, we do not refinance properties held in LLCs.
Do you offer construction or commercial loans?
No, We do not offer construction or commercial loans.
